1 Is this a real disorder? It's very debatable In my personnel opinion I do not think that this is a disorder. Most if not all of the symptoms are thing that any teenager would do.

often deliberately annoys people
often blames others for his or her mistakes or misbehavior
is often touchy or easily annoyed by others
is often angry and resentful
is often spiteful or vindictive
The disturbance in behavior causes clinically significant impairment in social, academic, or occupational functioning.
The behaviors do not occur exclusively during the course of a psychotic or mood disorder.
Criteria are not met for conduct disorder, and, if the individual is age 18 years or older, criteria are not met for antisocial personality disorder.
These to me do not sound like something that is a disorder.
2 If it is, why hasn't the general public been treated? by definition disorder mean . A lack of order or regular arrangement; confusion.
3 With this being called a disorder could it be possible to say everyone has a disorder?
4 If people think they have a disorder would people think its ok to do things and just blame it on the disorder?
5 Is it just an excuse for people to drug them so they are not a problem?
